12th Southern H.O.G.® Rally
Declaration & Waiver of Liability Clause
- I hereby declare that I have voluntarily decided to participate in the 12th Southern H.O.G.® Rally (“the Event”), organized by the Banjara Chapter – Banjara Harley Owners Group® (Sri Jayalakshmi Automobiles Pvt Ltd), to be held in Hyderabad on the 22nd and 23rd of August 2025. I am participating in this Event of my own free will, without any coercion or undue influence.
- I am fully aware that the Harley Owners Group® –H.O.G.® and Hero MotoCorp Ltd are not the organisers of the 12th Southern H.O.G.® Rally (“the Event”), and therefore have no responsibility nor liability of any kind for the organisation and execution of the event.
- I understand and acknowledge that the Event involves inherent risks and dangers, including the possibility of accidents that may result in injury, harm, or even death. I fully accept these risks and agree to participate in the Event entirely at my own risk and responsibility. I give permission to use my photos/videos from the event in your social media platforms.
- I hereby release and discharge the Banjara Chapter – Banjara Harley Owners Group® (Sri Jayalakshmi Automobiles Pvt Ltd), Hyderabad, and all their respective Directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability arising from my participation in the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for bodily injury, death, psychological trauma, property damage, or any other loss or damage, howsoever caused, whether occurring during or as a result of the Event.
- I understand and acknowledge that the Banjara Chapter – Banjara Harley Owners Group® (Sri Jayalakshmi Automobiles Pvt Ltd), do not make any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Event, its safety, organization, or any associated arrangements. I further waive any and all claims against the Banjara Chapter, Hyderabad, and its affiliates with respect to any facilities, equipment, or services provided in connection with the Event, including but not limited to any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
- I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Banjara Chapter – Banjara Harley Owners Group® (Sri Jayalakshmi Automobiles Pvt Ltd), and all their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, or costs (including legal fees) that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of my participation in the Event.
- I understand that this disclaimer and waiver of liability is not intended to exclude or limit any valid claim. I may have under any applicable insurance policy that covers me in relation to the Event.
- I hereby certify that the information provided in this declaration is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I make this declaration in full understanding of its contents and implications.
- I acknowledge and understand the following:
a) Participation in the Event includes potential exposure to infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. While adherence to safety guidelines and personal responsibility may reduce this risk, the possibility of serious illness or death still exists.
b) I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks related to exposure to infectious diseases, including COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties.
c) I further acknowledge and assume the risk of injury, harm, or loss associated with my participation in the Event, including any such outcomes resulting from the negligence, actions, or omissions of the Released Parties. - I agree to follow all applicable COVID-19 safety guidelines and protocols during the Event. I also commit to not drinking and riding or driving, and to always wearing appropriate protective riding gear while participating in the Event.
Event Terms & Conditions
- Each ticket and corresponding wristband entitles entry for one (1) person only. Wristbands are valid for multiple entries into the festival. Please keep your wristband on until the end of the event.
- Wristbands are water-resistant, but they still require proper care. Damaged, torn, or removed wristbands will not be replaced, and entry may be denied due to the same.
- Entry for children below five (5) years of age is free, subject to valid identity proof. A registered adult guardian must accompany all minors at the festival.
- Security procedures, including frisking, bag checks, and CCTV surveillance, remain at the discretion of the event organizers and will be exercised at the entry gates and throughout the festival premises.
- No dangerous or hazardous items will be allowed inside the venue. These include, but are not limited to: weapons, knives, firearms, fireworks, laser devices, and glass bottles. Bringing in Alcohol and Narcotics or any substances to the event venue is strictly not permitted. Any person found trying to bring these items in or found to be in possession of such items will be asked to leave the event & venue immediately.
- Any person attempting to use a void or invalid ticket to gain access will be treated as a trespasser, removed from the premises, and may face legal action.
- The organizers reserve the right to conduct security checks at any time during the event and confiscate any item that may, in their opinion, pose a danger or disruption to others or the event.
- Parking in and around the festival venue is at the risk of the vehicle owner. The organizers will not be responsible for any theft, damage, or loss.
- Alcoholic beverages will be available at the bar only upon presenting a valid beverage coupon. Coupons will be available at a dedicated counter near the bar.
Note: Rider safety is our number one priority. We urge all participants to enjoy the event responsibly. - Parking within the event area is reserved exclusively for Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. Other vehicles, including non-H-D motorcycles and cars, must be parked in the designated common parking area provided by the hotel. Non-H-D motorcycles will not be allowed into the event area.
- The organizers reserve the exclusive right (without refund) to refuse admission or remove anyone from the event premises who:
- Commits or is suspected of committing a criminal offence;
- Acts in a way that may harm the reputation of the event or its attendees;
- Violates any of the stated terms and conditions;
- Engages in behavior likely to threaten the safety, modesty, or comfort of others;
- Is involved in rude, violent, or disruptive conduct;
- Uses obscene language or gestures, engages in racial abuse, or behaves aggressively;
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and causes or provokes fights;
- Refuses to comply with event security checks or staff instructions.
- The organizers shall not be liable for any default or cancellation of the event due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to:
natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, heavy rains), riots, terror threats/attacks, or legal/governmental restrictions/Local issues and orders. - No alcohol and narcotics or any other substances are not permitted in the event venue.
